What You’ll Do
- Oversee day to day operations including census management, budgeting, staffing, and quality outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop department leaders to build strong teams and a positive workplace culture
- Partner with community leadership to support community initiatives and resident care
- Develop and manage the skilled nursing operating budget & analyze financial and operational data to drive informed decision making
- Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of IL (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
