Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a detail-oriented Health Information Coordinator to support our Health Care Center team!
💰 Pay: $19.90–$21.89/hour (DOE)
🕗 Schedule: (on-call as needed only) Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm

Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a detail-oriented Health Information Coordinator to support our Health Care Center team!
💰 Pay: $19.90–$21.89/hour (DOE)
🕗 Schedule: (on-call as needed only) Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
✨ What You’ll Do
- Maintain and monitor all health information records and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
- Support the clinical team with accurate ICD-10 coding and data entry for diagnostic and reimbursement purposes.
- Uphold privacy, accuracy, and organization in all medical documentation.
- Assist in compliance with state and federal SNF/long-term care regulations.
- Utilize your computer and technical skills to manage records efficiently and support PDPM reimbursement processes.
- Prior Health Information Management or SNF experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and the survey/accreditation process required.
- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- A compassionate, professional attitude and a desire to serve seniors.
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire)
