We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our sealcoating crew. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with asphalt sealcoating projects
- Crack sealing and striping
- Site setup
- Operating blowers, squeegees, spray systems, and other equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Working as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from shop
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Punctual and dependable

- This crew runs 7 days a week
- Early start times
- 40–50 hours per week during busy season
