Heavy Equipment Operator – Asphalt Paving Crew
Location: Local (most work within ~60-mile radius)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a well-established asphalt paving and maintenance company (30 years in business) looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and knows how to operate paving equipment safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
- Assisting with asphalt paving, patching, and repair jobs
- Working alongside a crew to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a safe and clean job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating paving equipment (required)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
