Sealcoating Crew Member

Lazer Perfect is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Sealcoating Crew. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on commercial and residential parking lots, driveways, and other pavement maintenance projects throughout Southwest Missouri. A Class E Drivers License is required for this position. We offer weekly competitive pay!

Job Responsibilities

• Apply asphalt sealer using spray equipment and other application methods as needed
• Perform crack sealing and basic asphalt preparation
• Clean parking lots and pavement using blowers, brooms, and other equipment
• Prepare and protect curbs, sidewalks, buildings, concrete, and other areas before sealing
• Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up equipment at each job
• Operate blowers, crack sealing equipment, sealcoat equipment, and other tools as trained
• Help maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Clean and properly care for equipment at the end of each job/day
• Follow instructions from the crew foreman
• Work safely around equipment, vehicles, customers, and other crew members
• Help ensure each job is completed neatly and to Lazer Perfect's quality standards

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding outdoor position. Employees must be able to:

• Work outdoors in summer heat and changing weather conditions
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, lift, carry, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Work around asphalt sealer, hot crack-filling material, machinery, and moving vehicles

Schedule

This is a seasonal position, with hours depending heavily on weather and workload. Our sealcoating crew may work weekdays and weekends, and employees should be prepared for longer days during our busy season.

Previous asphalt, sealcoating, construction, landscaping, or other outdoor labor experience is helpful, but we are willing to train dependable individuals who are ready to work and learn.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
