The ideal candidate will be responsible for support of the region including revenue systems setup and training, and will have strong technical, creative thinking and communication skills. This position will work closely with the Regional Controller to communicate and support regional and facility personnel working in the field.

Responsibilities
- Systems management includes Web-DRC, Doc-link, Power BI, Subscription, E-Commerce platforms, Business Central and others new technologies.
- Systems Control
- Assist in onboarding of new locations
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees and customers
- Assist with equipment integration
- Identify opportunities for clients to use Power BI
- Card Audit
- Manage and train bookkeepers
- Post payments
- Generate Invoices
- Assist with new phone and internet service requests. Review services for cost savings
- Perform other related duties as requested.
- Communicate and interact as needed with regional and facility personnel working in the field.
- Associate degree in a technology field or 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and effectively interface and communicate both through written and verbal means.
- Excellent computer skills, including high and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook).
- Excellent logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Microsoft training and certification will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience with systems and technology.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable is a Plus.
