We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk / Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role supports daily accounting functions across a multi-client environment while also providing general administrative support to the office. Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.
• Apply financial judgment when determining the appropriate paying entity or client.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Record and review credit card transactions.
• Generate periodic accounting and expense reports.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff.
Administrative Support
• Sort, distribute, and scan incoming mail and packages.
• Assist with client concierge and front-office support services.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.
• Provide administrative support to accounting and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software, credit card management platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
