We are seeking:
· Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
· In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
· Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Washington and Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
· Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Originate loans though cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
· Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
· Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
