We're looking for a Loan Production Partner to grow with us through our Database past client concierge lane
About the Role
If you thrive on running a clean, efficient pipeline and you care about the families behind every file, this is your seat. As a Loan Production Partner, you'll help drive production from application through close — keeping every file precise, every borrower informed, and every deal on track.
What You'll Do
- Client Concierge team will schedule my past clients on your calendar, you will complete the Annual Financial Review and pull out referral opportunities to hand out to our wealth partners resulting in referrals back from our wealth partners who we will refer to our realtors (our database is 20,000 )
- Homebot Onboarding Call which turns in a Annual Financial Review and pull out referral opportunities to hand out to our wealth partners resulting in referrals back from our wealth partners who we will refer to our realtors (our database is 20,000 )
- Work closely with Madison, Wallys SR Production Partner who can help from contract to close
- Share ideas that keep our technology and client experience best-in-class
What You Bring
- Proven mortgage experience managing a pipeline from start to finish
- Strong organization and a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency with the 1003, credit reports, and borrower communication
- Coachability and an open mind in a fast-paced setting
- A compassionate mindset toward the families you serve
