The Elevated Standard Mortgage Group Powered by Loan Factory is looking for an experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to help manage our growing VA mortgage business.
Requirements
* Currently licensed in Texas and preferably licensed in multiple states
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant is required
* Experience with VA loans is required
* Experience with VA manual underwriting is required
* Ability to manage files from contract to closing
* Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, conditions, and processing
* Highly organized with excellent communication and follow through
* Comfortable working in a fast paced, high production environment
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing mortgage files from application through funding
* Help collect documents, clear underwriting conditions, and communicate with borrowers and third parties
* Keep transactions moving efficiently to ensure on time closings
* Support a growing VA focused mortgage business while delivering an exceptional client experience
