Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in DFW, TX. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, evaluating financial information, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. They will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert guidance on mortgage options, collaborate with underwriting teams, and ensure a seamless loan experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Lending, the Mortgage Industry, and as Loan Officers is required.
- Proficiency in Underwriting and assessing client financial profiles is essential.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detailed knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance processes is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferable.
- State licensing as a Mortgage Loan Officer (or the ability to become licensed quickly) is required.
