Temporary | Jr. Contracts Paralegal, remote

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary, Jr. Contracts Paralegal for a part-time, remote position to support a large global medical device and surgical technology client.

Position Details

This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal with experience reviewing, processing, and tracking commercial contracts.

• Hours: 20 hours per week; position could increase in hours after the first of the year
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 12 months
• Work Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and track commercial contracts using the company’s established guidelines, playbooks, and approval processes.
• Assist with contract administration, including entering contract information, monitoring contract status, and maintaining accurate records.
• Manage documents and signature requests through DocuSign.
• Organize electronic contract files and keep the contract repository current.
• Help ensure contract information is complete, accurate, and easy to locate.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and administrative processes.
• Work independently while communicating with legal and business team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of paralegal experience supporting contract review and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Experience with contract management systems and electronic document repositories.
• Familiarity with DocuSign.
• Experience using Concord, Spellbook, or a similar contract management or contract review tool is preferred.
• Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
