Job Description

Our client, a top financial company, is hiring a temporary finance paralegal to work closely with their finance and sales divisions to assist with commission and compensation issues for the commercial teams in their Energy (SPGE) and Market Intelligence (SPGMI) divisions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Review definitions, terms, and conditions of the compensation plan

·       Establish governance for the plan

·       Support the effort (already underway) to combine the SPGE and SPGMI plans

·       Review related policies such as leave policies and account handovers

·       Review existing plans and drafting new policies

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commission plans and sales compensation structures
• A legal skill set, applied to reviewing existing policies/plans and policy drafting
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A high-caliber individual capable of working directly with the division CFO and other senior stakeholders
