What this looks like day one: 15-25 qualified inbound demos a week, plus full ownership of cold outbound, community events, and social selling as actual pipeline channels. Direct line to the founding team. Your fingerprints on how this company goes to market.
The right person has been AE #1 or #2 at an early-stage startup before. You've closed deals while the product was still being shaped around you. You know how to run high-volume demos without letting quality slip and you've built pipeline through community or social, not just sequences.
Fintech or AI tooling background is a plus. Builder mentality is a requirement.
