The Role
They are seeking a Sales Engineer who can clearly communicate complex ideas, build trust with prospects, and quickly develop deep product knowledge. This role blends communication, analysis, and customer interaction—ideal for someone who excels at both problem-solving and presenting. New hires participate in a structured six-month training program to ensure long-term success.
What You’ll Do
• Support the sales team through product demos and client conversations
• Explain software capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Help prospects understand how the platform solves operational, financial, and workflow challenges
• Partner closely with internal teams to capture and relay client requirements
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and evaluations
What They’re Looking For
• 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as demos, customer success, sales, or analytics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Intermediate–advanced Excel skills and strong comfort with numbers and logic
• Ability to learn new software and industry concepts quickly
• Background in lending, financial services, or accounting is helpful but not required
