We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication are critical.
As a Production Coordinator, you will support day-to-day production activities, assist with equipment and process preparation, and work closely with the Production Manager and team leads to keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily production schedule
- Assist in preparing and executing production activities, including equipment setup
- Monitor production processes and identify issues or delays, communicating them to the Production Manager
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and team leads to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Communicate schedules, adjustments, and updates to all departments to ensure alignment
- Track and maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Support process improvements to enhance scheduling, efficiency, and productivity
- Participate in weekly production meetings to review schedules and address potential concerns
- Multi-task and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to support production reporting and communication
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong organization, communication. and multi-tasking abilitites
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience in manufacturing or production support preferred but not required

Salary : $20 - $25
