Key Responsibilities
- Operate saw equipment to cut materials to exact measurements and specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings for accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect materials for quality and consistency before and after cutting
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on saw equipment
- Safely move materials to and from work areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or related equipment
- Maintain organized inventory and material storage areas
- Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and daily goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
- Proven experience as a Saw Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and precise measurements
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Commitment to following safety standards and company procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control

- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Certification or formal training in saw operation and material handling
- Hands-on experience with band saws and chop saws
- Valid Forklift Certification
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
