About The Job

Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to join its legal team and work on real estate transactions and property-related matters.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution
• Strong expertise in property law and real estate transactions
• Proficiency in legal documentation and research
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for property transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate legal documents
• Perform legal searches and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide legal analysis
