About The Job

Clarvis Legal LLP is looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team.

• Position: Litigation Associate
• PQE: 0–1 Year
  
  

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holding a valid Bar License.
• Good drafting and legal research skills.
• Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
• Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
• Assisting in court appearances and client briefings.
• Managing court filings (both physical and e-filing).
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.

South Extension – I, New Delhi
