About The Job

The Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate to be stationed in Kolkata, handling commercial matters and representing clients before various courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of active litigation experience
• Working knowledge of Kolkata courts including High Court, NCLT, and District Courts
• Ability to independently manage and appear in commercial matters
• Strong legal drafting and written communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts and tribunals in Kolkata
• Handle and manage commercial litigation matters independently
• Coordinate with the Delhi office and travel when required
