About The Job

Max Healthcare is hiring for the role of Senior Manager – Legal. The position involves handling legal operations, compliance matters, and coordination with various stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Eligibility

Applicants Should

• Hold an LLB qualification
• Have 6–10 years of experience in the legal domain
• Possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, compliance, and litigation
• Have prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry (preferred)
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Conducting compliance audits and coordinating with regulatory authorities
• Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders
  
  

Mode

Work From Office (WFO) only.

Additional Information

The role involves travel as part of the job responsibilities.
