The Chambers of Nirmalya Shukla is inviting applications from motivated and diligent fresh law graduates for the position of Junior Associate.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold an LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course), with freshers encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess strong research and drafting skills, a good command over written and spoken English, and a demonstrated interest in litigation, IPR, or corporate advisory work. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment and a serious commitment to litigation practice.

Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting
- Court appearances and briefing
- Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
- Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
- Client coordination and case management
- Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
- Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration & Infrastructure Disputes
- Contractual and Property Disputes
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters (including infringement and advisory)
- Corporate Advisory & Compliance (including contractual structuring and regulatory compliance)
- Practice is primarily before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
