About The Job

Ace Advisors is seeking a legal professional for a Contract Management role within its Legal Department. The position involves managing the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, vetting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts.

The role also includes ensuring legal compliance, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role must meet the following criteria:

• LL.B degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract drafting and management
• Strong understanding of contract, corporate, and commercial laws
• Experience in the telecom, IT, or infrastructure sector is preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle
• Draft, vet, review, and negotiate business contracts
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal risk assessments
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
