Eligibility
Candidates Applying For The Role Should Have
- Approximately 10 years of experience
- Strong experience in:
- Civil litigation
- Criminal litigation
- Regulatory proceedings
- Investigation-related matters
- Experience handling matters before:
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Regulatory and investigative authorities
- Independently handling litigation strategy and legal proceedings
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and related legal documents
- Briefing senior advocates in complex and high-stakes matters
- Managing civil and criminal litigation matters
- Handling NCLT proceedings, investigations, and regulatory disputes
- Reducing reliance on external counsel through direct ownership of legal matters
