Singhania & Partners LLP is hiring an Associate (Litigation) to support its Bengaluru litigation practice. The role involves active participation in litigation matters across courts and tribunals.
Eligibility
Qualification
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Enrolment with a State Bar Council
- 3–6 years of active litigation experience
- Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation (exposure to criminal litigation will be considered relevant)
- Handle litigation matters before District Courts, High Courts, and tribunals in Bengaluru
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, notices, replies, and written submissions
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions
- Assist in case strategy and support senior counsels during hearings
- Appear in court for routine hearings and procedural matters
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, court clerks, and registry offices
- Track case progress, manage filings, and ensure compliance with timelines
- Maintain accurate records of case files
