About The Job

M/s Kumar & Associates, a reputed litigation-focused law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate for a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about courtroom practice and hands-on legal work.

Position: Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (enrollment with Bar Council of Delhi)
• Strong interest in litigation and court practice
• Good drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior litigation experience is an advantage
  
  

Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
• Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
• Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
