Eligibility

• 1–2 years PQE
• Bar Council enrolment (mandatory)
• Experience in Corporate-Commercial & Tech Law
• Company Secretary qualification (desirable)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate, fintech, and tech law matters
• Provide advisory on evolving regulatory frameworks
• Handle high-impact commercial legal work
• Conduct legal research and drafting
