About The Job

Muthoot Homefin is hiring a Legal Associate for its Jaipur location, offering exposure to property law, due diligence, and lending-related legal work.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of property law and documentation
• Experience in legal due diligence and drafting
  
  

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize legal reports and documents
• Conduct due diligence of property documents
• Perform property searches / EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
• Coordinate with panel advocates
• Vet original title documents
• Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
• Maintain MIS and legal records
