About The Job

Lexicon Law is inviting applications for the position of Associate across its Litigation and Real Estate (Transaction) practice groups.

Open Positions

Litigation:

• 2–3 years PQE
• 4–6 years PQE
  
  

Real Estate (Transaction):

• 3–4 years PQE
• 5–6 years PQE
  
  

Eligibility

• Prior experience working with law firms in Mumbai
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge
  
  

Responsibilities

Litigation:

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
• Assist in court proceedings and briefing senior counsel
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
  
  

Real Estate (Transaction):

• Analyze land and revenue documents and conduct title searches
• Draft title investigation reports and property-related documents
• Prepare conveyance deeds, sale deeds, lease agreements, and related documents
• Ensure compliance with land laws, revenue laws, and related legislations
