Eligibility

Candidates Applying For The Role Should Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in active litigation practice
• Strong courtroom and advocacy experience
• Exposure to matters before:
• District Courts
• High Court of Delhi
• Strong legal drafting and research abilities
• Professionalism, ownership, and advocacy skills
  

Preference will be given to Delhi-based candidates.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years in active litigation practice

Responsibilities

• Handling complex litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Appearing before courts
• Participating in litigation strategy conferences
• Independently conducting matters
• Coordinating on active litigation files and case preparation
