Reporting to the Paralegal Supervisor and Personal Injury Attorney, this role will manage medical records, prepare demand packages, coordinate settlements, and provide routine case-status communication to clients.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain medical records for motor vehicle accident cases.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive demand packages.
- Coordinate settlement-related activities through resolution.
- Provide routine case-status updates and communication to clients.
- Support the Paralegal Supervisor and Personal Injury Attorney throughout the pre-litigation process.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with personal injury case management.
- Experience analyzing medical records.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
