In this role, you will work closely with clients to support them throughout the legal process. Key Responsibilities- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, health insurance providers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
- Conduct client interviews and gather comprehensive case information.
- Gather medical records, medical bills, police reports, and other important evidence.
- Maintain and organize case files.
- 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of personal injury cases, including litigation processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Must provide at least 3 professional references and a writing sample.
