Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation, including preparing and organizing legal documents, conducting research, maintaining case files, coordinating with clients, scheduling depositions, and filing documents with courts. Other responsibilities may include drafting correspondence, managing discovery processes, and tracking important deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in legal research, document preparation, and case management
- Ability to perform discovery tasks, including document review and handling e-discovery tools
- Proficiency in drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage case files and deadlines
- Proficiency with legal software, court filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education is strongly preferred
- Prior litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation, is an advantage
