A well-established law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join its Palm Beach office. This role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions and offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team across multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Manage closings and coordinate with lenders, brokers, and other parties
- Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on real estate matters
Qualifications
- 7 years of transactional real estate experience (flexible for strong candidates with slightly less experience)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience managing transactions from start to finish
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $170,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
