Job Title: Employment Law Attorney (Fully Remote)
We are seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join a dynamic plaintiff-side practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on impactful, high-stakes cases.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a variety of employment matters including wage & hour disputes, class actions, discrimination, harassment, and FEHA claims
- Take ownership of cases from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue law & motion, including pleadings, motions, and oppositions
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and collaborate on litigation strategy
- Work closely with clients to provide guidance and case updates
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong background in wage & hour and class action litigation
- Experience handling discrimination, harassment, and FEHA claims
- Proven law & motion and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
