Position: Defense Litigation Attorney
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive base up to $200k strong bonus benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Take and defend depositions, including parties and expert witnesses
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation
