Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from client intake and pre-litigation to trial or settlement.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Evaluate claims, develop case strategies, and communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New York (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury matters.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
