Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Hybrid)
About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join its Fort Lauderdale team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of personal injury matters while providing exceptional support to clients throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
- Review and summarize medical records and case-related documentation
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit management and document organization
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
- Communicate regularly with Spanish-speaking clients and provide case updates
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
Qualifications
- 2 years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida personal injury litigation procedures
- Experience handling pre-suit and/or litigation files
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$70,000 β $85,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
