This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and handling a blend of legal assistant and paralegal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal calendaring, court deadlines, and filings while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, correspondence, and litigation-related materials.
- Support attorneys with case management, document organization, discovery, and client communication.
Key Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal calendaring, court rules, and e-filing systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between [$85,000 – $90,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
