We are seeking 2 experienced Paralegals to join a highly regarded Delaware corporate and commercial litigation boutique in Wilmington. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes matters involving some of the most complex areas of Delaware corporate litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with discovery, document review, case organization, filings, and trial preparation
- Prepare and maintain litigation documents, exhibits, pleadings, and case files
- Assist with deposition, hearing, trial, and appellate preparation
- Manage case deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related materials
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with substantive case preparation
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed

The practice handles both plaintiff and defense matters, including:
- Appraisal litigation
- “Busted deal” litigation
- Corporate control and proxy contests
- Complex commercial litigation
- Expedited litigation
- Stockholder class action defense
- LP/LLC and alternative entity disputes
- Special committee & corporate counseling
- Trust litigation
- Delaware & Supreme Court appeals
- Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in litigation
- Background in corporate, commercial, complex, or Chancery litigation strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, discovery, and case management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and multiple priorities
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $110,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
