I’m currently recruiting for an established litigation practice seeking an Associate Attorney to join its defense litigation team in Atlantic City, NJ.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful hands-on litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. The practice has significant experience handling defense-side matters involving premises liability and other civil/personal injury claims.
What You’ll Do
• Handle civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery and participate in depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Attend hearings, conferences, and court appearances
• Work closely with clients, claims professionals, and the litigation team
What They’re Looking For
• Approximately 1 years of legal experience
• New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
• Civil defense litigation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation fundamentals, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 – $140,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
