Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5 years of experience in litigation.
Salary Range: $170k - $220k BONUS
