Position Overview:

Our client is a top-tier family law firm, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their dynamic team in Seattle, WA. They specialize in divorce, child custody, and other family law matters.

As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload, advocate for clients in court, and provide strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage all aspects of case development, from client intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as necessary.
• Stay current on legal developments and changes in family law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• 2 years of experience practicing family law.

Interview Process:

1. On-Site Interview: Introduction to Managing Partners
2. Second Interview (if necessary): Meet the team and discuss role expectations (can be a one-and-done process)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $180,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
