Litigation Attorney – Remote (Occasional Onsite in Bala Cynwyd, PA)
A reputable and fast-growing law firm in Bala Cynwyd, PA, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney (with any litigation background) to join their team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the expectation to come into the office as needed—typically a couple of times per month.
The firm is open to individuals with backgrounds in general defense, insurance defense, or general liability, as they are willing to provide training.
Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Manage litigation matters from intake through trial and resolution
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Handle court appearances, oral arguments, and client communications
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-level cases
Qualifications:
- 4 years of civil litigation experience
- Background in medical malpractice defense preferred, but open to other practice areas with litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Licensed to practice in Delaware, with either Pennsylvania or New Jersey

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
