Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal aspects of non-judicial foreclosure proceedings and banking litigation matters
- Review, examine, and analyse complex title work
- Draft court documents, pleadings, motions, and official correspondence
- Represent financial institutions at court hearings and legal proceedings
- Provide strategic legal guidance to clients, support staff, and internal teams
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership on case progression and department goals
Qualifications:
- Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court
- A year of experience as a practising attorney
- Experience in real estate, banking law, or foreclosure preferred
- Proven ability to handle court appearances, title analysis, and legal document drafting
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
