- Manage daily bookkeeping functions, including AP/AR.
- Handle bank recs, credit card recs, and G/L maintenance.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain and reconcile attorney trusts accounts IOLA/Escrow accounts) in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits
- Monitor firm expenses and ensure proper cost allocation
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
