Los Angeles or Beverly Hills-based Personal Injury Law Firm (On-Site)
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of a growing Personal Injury law firm. The Director of Operations will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiencies, and ensuring the firm has the systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to support continued growth.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in law firm operations, case management processes, team leadership, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across intake, case management, pre-litigation, and litigation teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across departments.
- Manage and supervise operations managers, team leads, and support staff.
- Evaluate organizational structure and recommend improvements to support expansion.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Implement intake optimization and lead conversion processes.
- Coordinate between legal, intake, case management, and administrative teams.
- Develop reporting dashboards for leadership and performance tracking.
- Improve client experience and communication processes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
- Work closely with firm leadership on growth and scaling initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational tools (CRM, case management systems, etc.).
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in law firm operations (Personal Injury preferred)
- Experience managing intake and case management teams
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury case lifecycle
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience building SOPs and operational processes
- Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience scaling a Personal Injury law firm
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience with intake optimization and conversion improvement
- Operations or business management background

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
