About the Opportunity:
A well-established, reputable California law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing HOA practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters involving homeowners associations, condominium developments, high-rises, mixed-use communities, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
• Handle HOA, real estate, and property-related disputes
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of California (or pending bar results for entry-level candidates).
- 1 to 10 years of civil litigation experience (All experience levels are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent interpersonal, oral advocacy, and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to actively try lawsuits and engage in courtroom environments.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $225,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Additional Earning Potential: A transparent billable hour bonus structure starts promptly at 1860 hours annually.
