Law Enforcement Psychological Services, Inc. (LEPS) is seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our busy five-person team in Los Gatos. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and involves frequent interaction with clients.
LEPS has been in business for over 50 years, providing psychological screening services for police and other public safety positions. We take pride in supporting our clients with the information they need to make important hiring decisions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Please Note: Due to the sensitive nature of this position, candidates selected for an offer must complete a psychological exam and assessment and may undergo a background investigation, which includes an interview with a background investigator, Livescan fingerprinting with the FBI, and psychological testing.
Responsibilities (subject to change):
- Answer incoming calls from agency clients and job applicants
- Manage office scheduling for testing and psychological interviews
- Become an expert user of our custom software, including daily database work with confidential information
- Scan testing packets/paperwork and manage cloud-based file systems
- Manage out of state agencies (NY, DC and Chicago)
- Provide backup support for front office tasks (e.g., proctoring in-office or remote psychological testing)
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and shipping
- Perform additional office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent required
- 1 years of administrative experience
- Strong ethics and ability to securely handle confidential information
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and professional growth
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, cloud storage platforms (Dropbox/Box), and Zoom
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a sense of humor is a plus
