Job Summary
We are a dynamic and fast-paced law firm seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in real estate transactions and corporate governance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, and related correspondence.
- Conduct and analyze title and survey reviews; identify, track, and help resolve title issues.
- Prepare corporate documents such as entity formation packages, operating agreements, resolutions, consents, and annual filings.
- Coordinate real estate closings, including communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
- Manage due diligence processes for real estate and corporate matters, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Organize, maintain, and update legal documents, files, checklists, and internal databases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in real estate and corporate law.
- Proficiency with real estate closing software and legal research tools.
- Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow, and closing procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Pay: $27.47 - $38.46 per hour
